Dan received his B.Arch from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. He is a former member of the Ocean City Planning Board & Environmental commission.

Kristina Pulsinelli is an intern architect holding a B.Arch from Jefferson University, and has begun testing to acquire the licenser of a Registered Architect in the state of New Jersey. She has 3 years experience in the practice of architecture and has a background in residential architecture as well as higher education, hospitality and commercial architecture. Kristina is a Leed Certified Green Associate and holds a position as Secretary for AIA Jersey Shore.
